DISHWASHER/KITCHEN PREP
Job-Type: Part-time & Full-time
Prior experience is preferred, but not required
Salary: competitive hourly rate with experience & performance-based pay increases
Responsibilities
-Ability to understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
-Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards; follow proper washing procedures for sanitation of kitchenware and equipment
-Food preparation and portioning
-Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
-Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
-Works directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner

-Must have flexible night, holiday, and weekend availability
-Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
